The Circuit is an engaging team building experience where teams rotate through intelligent challenge stations designed to strengthen collaboration, creative problem-solving, and strategic thinking—all while having a great time.
how the circuit works
Your group will be divided into teams as they rotate through a series carefully designed challenge stations, earning points along the way. Each station targets a different team skill—communication, trust, strategy, creativity, etc. It’s competitive enough to keep the energy high, but collaborative enough to build real connections.
These challenges aren’t your typical icebreakers or beach games! They’re thoughtfully designed to make teams think, communicate, and work together in new ways. After each station, teams take a few minutes to debrief: What worked? What can we improve? What have we learned about our team? Then they carry those insights forward to the next challenge.
As teams move through each challenge, they continue learning as they have fun and build connection. The highest-scoring team earns bragging rights, while everyone walks away with stronger collaboration skills and practical insights.
