We know the redwoods at Chaminade at golden hour, the fog rolling in off Monterey Bay, and what it feels like to watch a team change on a ropes course in the mountains above the coast. We work with local organizations throughout Santa Cruz County and the Monterey Peninsula, and we host teams from Silicon Valley and the Bay Area who make the trip for an offsite they'll actually remember. The Challenge Ropes Course at Chaminade Resort

Our signature Challenge Ropes Course is located at Chaminade Resort and Spa — a stunning 300-acre property in the Santa Cruz redwoods with panoramic views of Monterey Bay. This is our most requested program, and it's easy to see why. Teams from across Silicon Valley, the Bay Area, and the Monterey Peninsula come to Chaminade for full-day and multi-day offsites that combine the natural beauty of the Santa Cruz mountains with powerful, facilitated team development. The ropes course is exclusive to this location — you can't get this experience anywhere else we work.

A shared language your team keeps using long after the session ends.  Leadership workshops — Practical, facilitated workshops designed around what your leaders are actually dealing with. Available in-person or virtually.  Outdoor team programs — Beyond the ropes course, a full range of portable outdoor programs that work beautifully in the Santa Cruz and Monterey landscape.  Indoor team programs — Engaging simulations and challenges that work at any venue — your office, a conference room, or a resort meeting space.  Business simulations — Immersive, facilitated simulations used by Yale, Stanford, and Carnegie Mellon.
