Corporate Team Building & Leadership Development — Pacific Northwest
We built our reputation in Silicon Valley — and we're bringing everything we've learned there to the Pacific Northwest. Based in Salem, Oregon, Synergy Learning Systems is now actively serving organizations in Seattle, Portland, Bend, Eugene, and beyond. Same programs. Same approach. Same commitment to designing team development experiences that actually change how people work together. If you're ready to invest in your team, we're ready to show up for them — wherever you are.
Now serving Seattle, Portland, Bend, and organizations throughout the Pacific Northwest — from our Salem, Oregon office.
Based in Salem, Oregon — Serving the Pacific Northwest
Our Salem, Oregon office is our Pacific Northwest home base — positioned to serve organizations throughout Oregon, Washington, and beyond. From Portland and Eugene to Seattle, Bend, and Tacoma, we travel to your location with a full catalogue of corporate team building and leadership development programs. The one exception is our Challenge Ropes Course, which is located at Chaminade Resort in Santa Cruz, CA — a destination many teams make the trip for as part of a Bay Area offsite experience.
Why Now Is the Right Time
The Pacific Northwest is one of the fastest-growing business regions in the country — and with that growth comes the leadership and team challenges that come with it: rapid scaling, hybrid and remote work, new teams forming quickly, and cultures that need to be built intentionally rather than left to chance. We've spent nearly 30 years helping organizations navigate exactly these moments. We're ready to bring that experience to Seattle, Portland, Bend, and the broader Pacific Northwest.
