Our signature Challenge Ropes Course is located at Chaminade Resort and Spa — a 300-acre property in the Santa Cruz redwoods with panoramic views of Monterey Bay. It includes both low and high elements and is designed to build trust, communication, and strategic thinking. Teams from Silicon Valley and the Bay Area make the trip regularly for full-day and multi-day offsites.

Both. All of our programs except the ropes course travel — we come to your office, conference center, or offsite venue. The Challenge Ropes Course is location-specific to Chaminade Resort in Santa Cruz, but every other program is fully portable anywhere in our service area.
