Synergy Learning Systems is headquartered in Santa Cruz, California — right in the heart of the greater San Francisco Bay Area. For nearly 30 years we've brought corporate team building, leadership workshops, and personality assessments to organizations across Silicon Valley, the Bay Area, the Pacific Northwest, and beyond. We also travel nationwide and globally for the right fit.
Santa Cruz is our home — and one of the most beautiful team building destinations on the West Coast. Our signature Challenge Ropes Course is located at Chaminade Resort and Spa, nestled in the Santa Cruz redwoods with stunning views of Monterey Bay. Teams from Silicon Valley, the Bay Area, and beyond make the trip regularly for full-day and multi-day off-sites that combine serious team development with an unforgettable setting. We also serve the Monterey Peninsula and surrounding areas — whether you're planning a conference add-on, a leadership retreat, or a team building day by the coast.
We have an office in Salem, Oregon and are actively expanding our services throughout the Pacific Northwest — including Portland, Seattle, Bend, Eugene, and beyond.
