What personality assessments does Synergy offer? We are certified facilitators in four research-backed assessment tools: Everything DiSC (communication styles and workplace behavior), True Colors (values and motivations using four color types), Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team (Patrick Lencioni’s trust-based team development model), and the Enneagram (nine personality types and core motivations). True Colors is an accessible personality assessment that uses four color categories (Blue, Gold, Green, Orange) to help teams understand core values, motivations, and communication preferences. Ideal for building empathy and appreciation across diverse teams.
Everything DiSC® assessment
The Everything DiSC personality assessment reveals communication styles, behavioral tendencies, and workplace preferences through the DiSC model (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness). Teams learn to adapt their communication, reduce conflict, and collaborate more effectively across different working styles. Available in multiple applications including Workplace, Management, Sales, and Productive Conflict.
The Five Behaviors® assessment
Based on Patrick Lencioni's Five Dysfunctions of a Team, this assessment combines personal DiSC styles with team effectiveness measures. Teams evaluate themselves on Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results—then receive a customized development plan. This leadership development tool is perfect for intact teams ready to address dysfunction and build cohesion through structured, honest conversation.
