For teams looking for an unforgettable offsite destination, our Challenge Ropes Course at Chaminade Resort and Spa in the Santa Cruz redwoods is just a short drive from Sunnyvale, Palo Alto, Santa Clara, and San Jose. But coming to us is always optional — we travel to you.

Outdoor team programs — Adventure-based programs including our Challenge Ropes Course in the Santa Cruz redwoods and a full range of portable outdoor experiences that build trust and connection in ways a conference room never could. Indoor team programs — Engaging simulations and challenges that work at your office, offsite, or conference center. No special venue required. Yes — we come to you. All of our programs except the ropes course are fully portable and delivered at your office, conference center, or offsite venue anywhere in the Bay Area, Silicon Valley, or beyond. Our Challenge Ropes Course is location-specific at Chaminade Resort in Santa Cruz, and makes for a great offsite destination just a short drive from Silicon Valley — but every other program travels to you, anywhere in the world.

Two to four weeks is ideal for most programs. Summer and fall book up fastest — if you're planning an end-of-year offsite or a September retreat, reach out early.

Absolutely — and this is actually our most popular format for full-day Bay Area offsites. A morning leadership workshop paired with an afternoon outdoor or indoor program creates a complete development experience that teams remember.
