In this outrageous virtual adventure, your group will be challenged to walk the line between competition and collaboration, utilizing technology and ingenuity. Participants will stay connected remotely throughout this mobile app-based adventure that allows groups to forge their own paths toward a common goal in a fun and sometimes outrageous way. Mission Outrageous is particularly useful for goal-setting, exercising strategy and communication, and is perfect for larger groups.

The Virtual Circuit will take your team through multiple rounds of activities that are designed to engage participants, build connection, and provide a fun framework to get to know one another better. Your group will be divided into small teams and placed into virtual breakout rooms for each activity round. Participants will be randomized into new groups for each new activity round to maximize interaction.

Each round will consist of different learning themes and challenge types, each designed to indulge a variety of thinking and leadership styles. Additionally, participants will be encouraged to stretch outside of their comfort zone to build trust. Your team will gain familiarity with problem-solving in a virtual space while having fun and strengthening your network of peers.

Immerse your team in a race against time as they work together to solve a series of puzzles and decipher the clues to reveal the secret code-name of an agent practicing industrial espionage. Rapid identification of critical data as well as an open flow of communication across team members will be critical to successfully identifying the rogue agent. Your team will engage together in an interactive virtual platform; cracking clues, unraveling the mystery, and maintaining composure under the pressure.

Based around Patrick Lincione’s Five Dysfunctions of a Team, presented alongside other organizational development models and experiential activities, this workshop will help to unlock your team’s potential and push you to new heights.

Teams will compete in a virtual challenge to complete as many intellectual, creative, and verbal puzzles as possible within the given time-frame. Participants will access a series interactive puzzles via their web browser while simultaneously staying connected with a video conferencing platform.

Teams are given more tasks than are possible to complete within the allotted time, so the winner is the team that can strategize and prioritize most effectively. After a short planning phase to formulate their internal process, teams will put their plan to the test as they attempt to maximize points and be the winning team.

An Organizational goal can also be included to spur collaboration and conversation across all teams.

Communication is easy when we’re all in agreement, but organizations that are always in agreement are missing crucial opportunities for growth, lack an innovative edge, and likely have tensions brewing under the surface. The Collaborative Communication Workshop is designed to help individuals and organizations navigate creative tension in order to achieve mutual understanding and ultimately, optimal results. During this workshop, participants will venture outside their comfort zone and learn how to survive in the unknown with new skills and better relationships, while having fun in the proess.

This module is a blend between presentation and discussion along with experiential and role-­playing activities. Based on the belief that most conflicts between people are caused by miscommunication rather than malice. Our facilitators teach and reinforce effective communication skills and give participants opportunities to practice.
