Synergy Learning Systems is a team of dedicated individuals who believe that organizations can become vibrant, conscious, fun, productive, effective, socially responsible and wildly successful. We create experiences to facilitate the dynamic movement of groups toward these goals, using innovative experiential team and leadership development programs and services with a focus on adventure, creativity, reflection and technology.
Debbie Dutra
- Founder/Lead Facilitator
Debbie founded Synergy Learning Systems in 2002, drawing on a background of team and leadership development experience. She earned a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from San Jose State University and now boasts over three decades expertise in helping teams and organizations thrive.
Cabot Dimick
- Program Manager
Cabot joined Synergy Learning Systems in 2010 while completing his Psychology degree at UC Santa Cruz. In addition to his aPHR Certification, he brings over 10 years of organizational development knowledge as a facilitator and program designer. Cabot is also the Challenge Course Manager at Synergy Learning Systems.
Dr. Kelly Bloom
- Designer/Facilitator
Kelly joined Synergy Learning Systems in 2019 and has been instrumental in designing and implementing both in-person and virtual programs. She has a PhD from the University of Utah and over 15 years of lecturing, facilitation, and design experience.
Roxanne Harrison
- Facilitator
Roxanne Harrison is certified Co-Active Professional Coach, a certified Enneagram teacher and certified True Colors Facilitator, and has been supporting Synergy Learning Systems for the past 8 years. Roxanne brings nearly two decades of experience in senior and director level hospitality management when working with groups.
Jennifer Karno
- Facilitator
Jennifer has worked for Synergy Learning Systems as a facilitator for 9 years. She facilitates and designs various team building programs and workshops based in play based experiential learning including applied improv and energizer movement programs. Jennifer has studied at Groundlings Theater in LA, BATS in SF, Berklee College of Music and graduated from UW- Madison in Communications.
Morgan Olsen
- Consultant/Facilitator
Morgan has partnered with Synergy Learning Systems for several years. She holds a B.A. in Management Communications from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego and boasts nearly two decades of experience enabling teams to reach their full potential.
