Workshop Overview

Synergy workshops bridge individual and team capability to an organization's goals.

Too often, well planned strategies created at the executive level fall short of achievement—not because of a flawed strategy, but due to teams and individuals lacking ability. We believe that for workshops to be fully successful they must have five key criteria: strategic (in alignment with organizational strategies, culture and values), systemic (be holistic in its approach and working together with other processes), relevant to individual need and business initiatives, interactive (learning must always be two way between facilitator and participants) and engaging (we believe learning must be fun and adventurous).

Synergy workshops build skill in teams and individuals by increasing capabilities in a breadth of areas, including:

  • Understanding different thinking and personality styles
  • Building alignment across functions and departments
  • Adaptability to change
  • Increasing creativity and innovation
  • Exploring core values and guiding principles

Workshops can be facilitated as a 2–4 hour module or combined to create a more holistic learning program.
