Synergy's organizational simulations are a uniquely effective tool providing participants with new skills

What Happens in a Simulation?
Synergy's simulations put participants in 'live' scenarios or situations that require them to perform
within an organizational structure similar to their own. People are encouraged to take on roles that are
different from their actual roles, so they "walk in the shoes" of their functional counterparts. While the
tasks are different from their daily work, participants' behaviors in the simulation are generally the same
behaviors that occur at work under similar circumstances. Because the simulation creates just enough
distance from the "real" workplace barriers, participants can "see" how their behavior impacts others and
the system as a whole.
