THE BigPicture™

This activity is used to address the challenge of identifying
common vision and implementing a unified strategy, reinforcing
organizational alignment, collaboration across teams, the power
of leaders and members, and the importance of flexible thinking
during tumultuous times.

In just a few hours, the BigPicture™ simulation invites the group
to paint, draw, color, cut, assemble, and paste. The goal
is to enlarge a small picture into a mural size BIG picture.
